Leg Exercises

First, you lift up one left leg... Let it stay up for a few seconds, counting aloud 1, 2, 3, 4...


Then, reach for both legs... And count 1, 2, 3, 4...



Repeat with the other leg and then both legs, counting 1, 2, 3, 4 each time...

After that, take a short rest...



When you are well rested, you can demand for cuddles...



Then, back to your exercises again...



After that, take a short nap...
