Family Dinner

I had dinner out today with Daddy, Mommy, Yeh-yeh, Mah-mah, Suk-suk and Ku-cheh at a restaurant in Bandar Puteri. I think this is my first dinner out with them. I overheard that the dishes were not so tasty. Nevertheless, Mah-mah was saying that she was so proud and happy because I was there...

I See Red

Last Friday, Daddy noticed a bright red patch on the white area of my left eye when he came back from work. Mommy was very worried about it too. So, this morning they took me to see Dr.Florence, who then, referred us to Dr.Ulagantheran, an eye specialist. He said that it is probably a little broken blood vessel (subconjunctival hemorrhage)and should clear in about 2 or 3 weeks' time. I could follow the light of his torchlight, so he said that it is not necessary to do further tests at this point in time.

Can you see the red in my left eye? It is actually redder below my cornea, beneath the skin.

So, what was the cause? Dr. Florence mentioned that sometimes it happens to newborns due to the strain during labour. Dr. Ula said the same thing. For older babies, it could be due to strain as a result of persistent coughs (which I didn't have) or some other reasons. I have not been poo-ing everyday lately. Last Friday, I cried very loudly when I had to poo. So probably, I strained a bit too much whilst trying to poo...

New Suit, New Toy

Mommy dressed me up in something new again today and introduced me to another new toy. I have so many new clothes and toys from friends and relatives. In fact, I have a 2-year supply of clothes. I even have a dress for a 3 year old!
